Orders over $3000.00 - Totally Free Freight By Courier or Truck (truck shipments to a residence may carry a $50.00 residential fee) Minimum Shipping Charge - $8.00 Pay Pal We now accept Pay Pal!!! WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. Orders BACK ORDERS Parts on backorder will be charged to you at the time of your original order only if we expect to ship to you within 21 days. Otherwise they will be billed seperately upon shipment Our Return Policy All Returns are for in-store credit only - Returns must be in original condition and in original boxes - NO EXCEPTIONS All Returns must include a copy of invoice & reason for return, so credits can be applied correctly. Body Panels - Please test fit all body panles before sanding, priming or painting. Panels must be in original condition. Return Freight will not be credited to your account unless previously authorized. Return Freight should be Standard Ground. U.P.S. & Fed Ex does not cover damaged fenders, quarter or trunk lids. These items sent at customer's risk only. No Returns on Electrical, Used, Bare Metal or Special Order Items! Any Item returned in a box or wrapper that is not in original condition will be returned to the customer and NO credit given. Damaged or Missing Freight Inspect Shipment Immediately. No Damage or Loss Claims will be paid if not reported to shipper and us within 48 hours of receipt. No Exceptions! Truck Shipments MUST be inspected before Delivery Truck leaves. Check Order thoroughly, signing for the delivery, without noting damaged or missing parts, acknowledges the Order was received in good condition and will not be applicable for freight damage, or loss, by Mountain Mustang or Trucking Company. Damage Claim Process Call Carrier (U.P.S.: 800-742-5877 or Truck: 800-822-2147) (Fed Ex 1-800-463-3339) report damage and obtain a Claim Number Call Mountain Mustang with above Claim Number and we will process claim and replacement order. SHORTAGE If there is an item missing from your package, check to see that it is not backordered on the invoice. If it shows it as being shipped - PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. Claims after 3 days will not be honored. Our shipping guys can remember where they put stuff in a package, BUT NOT WEEKS LATER. BACKORDERS Backorders are listed on the sales order provided to you inside your package. Backorders usually ship within 2-3 weeks unless specified. You will be charged at the time of your order of all backorders to insure quick delivery and being first in line for that backordered item. DROP SHIP Items marked "DS" are being drop shipped from the manufacturer; allow a few extra shipping days. DAMAGED PARTS If you receive any damaged items you would then have to contact the shipper (UPS 1-800-724-5877, FEDEX 1-800-GOFEDEX) A shipping representative will contact us with a claim number (usually allow 2-3 days). When we receive the claim number we will exchange the order. If you have URGENT need to replace parts, you must repurchase the parts and then we will credit you accordingly when the claim is received. RETURNS All returns are for INSTORE credit, NO EXCEPTIONS. You must first call our office (902-691-0732) for a return authorization number. Your return must be received within 14 DAYS after calling it in to us. NO RETURNS after 30 days. (Special circumstances will always be considered) When returning parts, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR SAFE RETURN. Make sure you adequately package all items. Use above address for all returns along with a copy of your recepit. Any returns of INSTALLED parts that are not defective or parts not in original (clean) box are subject to a 50% restock fee. MAILBOXES, ETC. Mailboxes, Etc. type services charge a large premium to mail packages. We cannot reimburse for these extra shipping charges SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, Books, sanded or painted parts and electrical items are not returnable. A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS FOR PROPER AND TIMELY CREDIT
